🌱 Making a greener future, one tree at a time!

Philippines, January 17 2025, In support for the global action to reduce carbon emission and fight for climate change , Laguna Wind Energy Corp (LWEC) in partnership with LGUs aims for collaborative effort in promoting green energy emphasizing the utilization of renewable resources.

Last 17 January 2025, a total of 625 seedlings were planted during the Tree Planting Activity initiated by LWEC in partnership with the Municipality of Paete. The seedlings were planted in the one (1) Hectare area of Caliraya-Lumot Watershed in Paete. It was a collaborative effort from all the participants that includes personnels in the municipal office, partner local Non-Government Organizations (NGOs), Barangays of Paete, and representative from host communities.
