We care about ESG and we're aware that the project has an impact beyond the immediate vicinity. That's why we conduct a socio-economic survey annually, and then we have direct conversations with authorities, NGOs, local community and other project stakeholders. We tailor our solutions to address the challenges and concerns that the local community experiences and our CSR and Livelihood restoration plans emerge from there.
